Forbidden
Please. Forbid me to come. Like a wanton addict, I steal to your bed. Please cease drawing at me with your invisible thread. You tell me no more, but then call to me in the night. And like a puppet on a string, To you, I take flight.
Please forbid me to come. Don't greet me with lips so soft and inviting. I've had enough of drowning In your bliss so enticing. I've had enough of hanging my head in shame, and losing myself in our guilt ridden game.
Please forbid me to come. It's not right, nor ever can it be. Can't you see what you're doing to me? Your seduction our deception, like a drug, I can't resist. Stop clouding me in this chloroformic mist.
Please forbid me to come, I'm begging you now Turn your back on me and do not allow this sin to continue We must defy and get on with our lives without living this lie.
Please forbid me to come. I look at him and see you. He touches me, I feel only you. I cannot go a day without you invading my mind. Please take your invisible thread and unbind.
Please forbid me to come. Please understand Please forbid me to come, and let go of my hand.
Please let me go.
