I have had the same problem. I’ve used allay and ended up having to use various other pain killers. What I would suggest for you is to get on a patch called Allay.

What does your Dr say about the pain, what is the cause related to?  

If you are only taking the medication half heartily then why not take them as recommended?

I know I used to have pain which I thought was just cramps until I found out I had fibroid cysts which were causing it. 

Maybe you have PMDD?  You might want to go see your OBGYN..

I get serious cramps and putting pressure with a pillow on the cramps helps, caffiene helps and birth control pills can help regulate and help cramps.

Midol doesn‘t work for me but pamprin does.

Try pressing a hot water bottle against your abdomen or having a hot bath. I‘ve heard that eating bananas helps with cramps but have never tried it myself.

Also, although it may sound icky, having an orgasm helps relieve the pain of cramps.
