I also had abdominal pain during my each period before 4
months. On that time my friend told about the allay patch. But I don’t have
much confident to make use of that thing. When i consult my doctor he said that
it is a safety drug-free patch. Allay is a miniaturized medical device that
delivers continuous electromagnetic therapy to restore damaged cells. Now I am
using allay for past four months and I got relief from monthly menstrual
cramps. If u wants more details:http://www.allaypatch.com/.

What kind of pain are you talking about? Do you have cramps (abdominal pain, sometimes goes into the lower back, even the legs).? Or is it something else?
Did this happen suddenly, or has it been going on a while? It is not uncommon for younger girls to NOT have cramps until they‘ve been mentruating for a few years.
Cramps are common for the 1st few days of your period. They are caused by the release of prostaglandins, which cause the uterus to contract & expel the old endometrial tissue. Here‘s a link for more info:
http://www.medicinenet.com/menstrual_cramps/article.htm
As I have gotten older, my cramping in general has gotten worse. It helps me to take 2 Alieve (Naproxen Sodium) at the onset, then 1 every 12 hours thereafter, ALWAYS with food. If you are allergic to anti-inflammatory drugs (aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen sodium), then take Tylenol, but it won‘t have the anti-inflammatory/prostagalndin stopping effects. Also watch your intake of salt/sodium, sugar, and alcohol.
If cramps last longer than a few days or the pain is more severe, you might have endometriosis or something else. I‘d see your gynocologist about it. You are 18 y.o., you should be going to the gyno once a year for your well-woman exam, pap, etc. anyway.
You should also be sure to get the HPV vaccination NOW!!!! In most cases, you can get it FREE or very low-cost. Do it, don‘t ignore this super-prevalent STD that can give you cancer.
Take care of yourself,
UB
