oh im totally there with you right now. i really dont know what to do. but i have done some reasearch alot of people have recommended that you masterbate more and really get to know your body and what it likes. or maybe watch some erotic movies with your boyfriend or by yourself and try to get turned on. that is the best advice that i can give you right now

Wow, yes the elusive BIG O! I to are hoping to get some help in how to achieve this! The rundown is this : Married with 4 children, been with my husband for 12 years and HONESTLY, even though when I tell him he thinks I‘m joking!, I have had 2, maybe 3 orgasms in this time. Most likely nothing is wrong with you. Not that many women CAN have an orgasm thru intercourse without some manual stimulation. Are you able to have an orgasm thru oral sex? Does he even try that?
If you are able to have an orgasm by yourself, or thru oral stimulation, then you can orgasm. I‘d only be worried if you CANNOT have an orgasm at all.
It might be mental. You‘ve written here before about your bf & I don‘t think you trust him. Hard to relax and have an orgasm with someone you don‘t trust.
Maybe a kind, faithful bf will "work better".

i used to never get orgasms until i started to experiment by using toys.i get orgasm by having my man finger me or having sex with me while his friend is asleep on the couch in the same room thats what makes me have multiple orgasms.its a thrill of getting caught.

You hit it above with your comment on toys. Using vibrators is the key to learning how to orgasm as well as multiple orgasm and squirting in my opnion. This is how I did all the above. I was 35 (and now 40) before I started having multiple orgasms or learned I could squirt (female ejaculation). It started out one nite with my ex seeing how many times I could orgasm throughout the night. I wont say how many as no one would believe it. Close people to me believe it. I am multiple orgasmic and never really stop. I tire out before my orgasms do. But, I used a vibrator the first time I started being multiple orgasmic and squirting. I am 35 and never had one during sex. I thought it was just me or that there was something wrong with me. But as I look into it more.. I‘m not the only one. I do get pissed off about it and as I said I never did and it feels like I never will. It IS SO FRUSTRATING!!!!

I can‘t even give myself an orgasm.....I take that back, it happended once...and that was over 4 yrs ago. Never happened again.
