1st off, change your screen name to something that doesn‘t have the word "sex" in it.
Next, join a 12-step recovery program for sexual addiction, and find a good therapist. If you can‘t afford the therapist, at least go to the 12-step meetings & ask some of the women there if they go to therapy. I found a great therapy group thru some of my Al-Anon friends.
I suggest you go to only women‘s 12-step meetings. Stay away from the men. Also, you will need to stop any other behaviors that contribute to sexual acting out such as drinking alcohol, going to bars, smoking pot, etc.
This is a tough addiction to beat, but it can be done. You have taken the 1st step in recognizing & admitting that you have a problem. I know how that is - I am a recovering alcoholic/pothead who is now clean & sober over 16 years. You can do this!
As Dr. Patrick Carnes says:
"Recovery is really a retraining program. It is about learning new ways to relate to ourselves and others. As our attitudes improve, so do our lives."
