New Beginning Center Candlelight Vigil |

Town Center and New Beginning Center will be hosting this ceremony to
remember those we have lost due to the effects of domestic violence as
well as celebrate those people who have made life changes and survived
situations of domestic violence. The Garland Chief of Police, Mitch
Bates, will speak on the behalf of officers who have died in the line
of duty. There will be inspirational music and speeches during the
course of the evening. |
