i need help with this one i have a stalker and for the past 5 months he drives by my house and want leave me alone its so creepy when you look out hes passing your house .Hes a lonely man no friends ,he lies to everyone,and i am not the first girl he has stalked but i was just wondering lately i havent been real worried about him driving down the road at my house alot because i cant do nothing about that ,no he tells my friends and family and strangers i am a ho and ill do anyone which is upsetting but its public i cant do nothing about that either at least thats what the court and law says .I am so scared he will kill me so i was wondering if you can tell me if he sounds dangerous thanks for all your help.....
1. hes 48 no wife no kids
2.no job
3.lies about everything
4.no friends.
5.he has told the police he loved me but i didnt love him .
6.writes email s,he painted ho on my door
7.aleast 10 to 15 times of a night he will drive by my house.
8.he writes and tells men on the net how much to pay for me and when to come to my house where i live and types mens names i have been with i dont even know .
i know this might sound werid to you guys but i am even scared to get out of my house i am afraid he will kill me or my man ..
and we have been to court and they slap him on the wrist

My God yes he sounds dangerous.
Get a notebook and start logging everything and I mean everything.
If it takes going to the police department every single day then do it.
Check with your county for free legal aide and go talk to an attorney.
Do you have a restraining order in place? GET ONE!
Is his wife aware of what he is doing? What is your history with this man? I mean from the beginning.

This is harassment, its against the law. What do you mean by "slap on the wrist" was he convicted or cautioned? What were the conditions? If he was told not to be within a certain distance of you and he‘s breaching that then you need to get proof of that and go back to the police.

they just told him to stay 500 ft he doesn‘t get on my land he just drives up and down the road aleast 20 times a night him and his wife is not together but still married he done the same to her put she dropped the charges .People keep telling me he will get bored but its been 4 to 5 months and he still keeps a eye on me i have talk to many cops and they say he will sooner or later give up but i am really scared i had emails and phone records and video of him and nothing came out of it .Every time i go somewhere i am afraid that my pets outside will end up dead .He talks about me like i am a dog to people and gets on the net and says werid crap like am a ho but i am not i have 5 kids and married to the most wonderful man .I met this man a year back he had a crush on my mother n law but she really didnt care for him just wanted to be his friend and he would stop in to see my kids and my husband was things came up gone my kids money we have been saving up like 180 dollars and he told me he took it he would pay me back he was in a tight spot so i told my husband the best thing would be to tell him to stay away but i started gets phone calls from his family friends him threaten me, posted on the net and like i said he has called before and said he was going to get me he was in jail for 2 days thats it .

Basically YOU have to harass the police in order to stop him harassing you.
Bombard them with information and demand they do something about it. Their job is to protect you.

You said that they told him to stay 500 ft away. Do you have an order of protection, or a restraining order?
If not, GET ONE. If you do, he is in violation of this.
