So I told the gamer we were off and for him to think about it. He has for like a week and he said he isn‘t willing to change any of the things I‘m asking, like being home a little bit more or stopping any more of the gaming, or caring about my feelings much more, or really anything. He is still blaming me for our lack of having sex. Then he told me he sure would like me to bring in some money for him, though. So it does seem like he doesn‘t really miss me, he just doesn‘t want me to move on. He doesn‘t seem to be accepting my breakup and still putting pressure on me to stay. I have decided to cut my losses i told him.
I have been making other friends and looking for work, which is all going really well now. They don‘t understand why he is on the game so much either. We all go out and have fun a little shopping and going out to eat, and he is in the house gaming still, doesn‘t go out with me, and being miserable at home.

It is sad to say, and perhaps sadder to realize for yourself, that he will never change. My EX wasn‘t a gamer, but he was what he was, and it was abusive towards me. It doesn‘t matter what he is, he won‘t change...ever. He wants you to stay, so he can keep abusing you, he needs someone to abuse, of course he doesn‘t want you to leave.. he‘ll give you just a little bit of what you are seeking, just enough to keep you there, and string you along, just so you‘re there, for him.
It is hard to finally realize this, and actually believe it, totally whole heartedly believe it. Keep going out with your friends. Don‘t listen to his BS. Pack your things slowly, the most important ones first, and get them out of there. I drove around with all the expensive important stuff in my trunk for a good week, just so he wouldn‘t take them.

 Thanks I‘m so sorry this happened to somebody else good advice. That is what I am doing. He broke into my e-mail has been the new thing here, cause I am making new friends.
