If a man is toxic, do all females he gets romantically involved in a relationship bring this out in him or is it just me that brings it out in him?

You are thinking about this all the wrong way.
It IS NOT YOU THAT CREATES THE TOXIC MAN
He is toxic because that is what he is. He will also blame you, because you stay and let him.
He is toxic with every woman he is involved with.
He may tell you about a wife or girlfriend before who cheated, lied, spent his money etc.
I can tell you that if you actually talked to this woman or her friends and family members, you would find out that it was HIM that cheated, abused and mistreated.
It‘s all smoke, lies, an mirrors.
