id="body"> This article is about learning to trust your self. Many articles about relationships are often about learning to trust your partner again after some unfortunate incident has occurred in the relationship. In many cases attempting to do this is about numbing one‘s self to one‘s own inner wisdom and thereby dishonoring it. That is "not trusting one‘s self"! Why would anyone want to do this? Well actually they don‘t; they do it mostly out of fear. Fear that the relationship will end. Fear that they will be alone. Fear that they will never be loved by anyone else and so on. So learning to trust your self means being honest with yourself about what you are truly feeling deep in your heart about everything that you perceive. Many have been so deeply hurt however that their heart has become "crusted" over with heavy wounds and they are afraid to even go there. Well if that is where your inner wisdom lives and you are reluctant to go there then where does that leave you? Well it leaves you vulnerable, confused and liable to get yourself into a mess of trouble. So the first step in learning to trust yourself, i.e. your heart, is to begin the process of releasing it from underneath all of the pain and sorrow it is buried under. There is a very effective way to do this. When you begin to reconnect to this inner wisdom and learn that it is looking out for you always you will never need to read another article about relationships. That‘s because you already know it all deep within you. What‘s more you won‘t be afraid to make the seemingly hard choices that will lead you to your true soul mate. You see, it‘s either that journey or you‘re stuck with what you‘ve got. Ok girls, I‘ve got the flu this week and I wouldn‘t be very reliable on setting up a chat date but when I am feeling better we‘ll chat each others ears off. K? Deal. :)
Wonder if a daytime chat would work for anyone? Some chatters are across the pond and an evening chat puts them in the middle of the night and as tulapula knows full well that can easily turn into an all nighter! lol
