Not for me but my sister. She is in trouble! Her boyfriend of 3 years assulted her. She has gotten an protection order against him. She is in hiding! She has two kids! They are not his!
He won‘t let her have any of her stuff. Not even her or the kids clothes. She has nothing!
She called the police and asked if they would come with her to go get her and her kids things but they refused!
She lives in Dallas Texas. I found a site to legal aid. That can take a while! Is there anything anyone can do?

I would call or go to the corts house and see if they can give her an order to go get her things and by doing this I would think the police would have to go with her to get them.
there should be more people who will come in and know more about this.
I wish and pray for her and her children to be safe and to get there things.

Sorry to hear this. How about the Texas State Police, rather than the local "cowboys?" The sheriff? I think it‘s ludicrous that the police won‘t help! Does your sister and her boyfriend have a history with them? Either way, best of luck to her, the children and you.

Call a woman’s shelter and get advice from them on what to do. They are very helpful. I would also keep calling the police until you find someone who will help.

..And i wanted some advice to deal with a man like that..My boyfriend fit‘s that discription but he never admit that he did anything wrong. I can‘t wear the clothes like I use to because to him, i‘m giving men "WRONG SINGLES". Have you ever talk to women like me in this problem or did you ever exsperince this?

Hey you
It looks like you are in need of some friendly advice, so the best thing for you would be to make a thread of your own so we can help you. But if you are in the same situation as the poster, maybe you have some advice or thoughts to share with her?
hugs,
Yasmina

I know this sounds a bit overbearing, but things are just things-they can be replaced. Maybe the energy is better spent trying to find ways to get new clothes/toys for the kids rather than fighting with the ex.
Because as long as there is stuff to fight over, she still has stakes in her ex and he still has a way to get at her.
Better just to be grateful and proud she got away and did right by herself and her kids
Thumbs up to you for supporting her!
