I met Rick online several years ago. My first impression was that he is an arrogant s.o.b. But after talking with him for a while I grew to really like him. I too thought he was a man of great integrity, loyalty, and honest to a fault. At the time he was dating a friend of mine and was also pursuing me. I told him to back off because I would never do that to a friend. He understood but didn‘t like it. In the summer of 2005 I was in a terrible car accident and was laid up for 6 months. Rick would come visit me, he would sit with me on my back patio for hours and we would talk - just as 2 friends - nothing more. Our discussions were about anything and everything. I shared with him all my deep dark secrets - he knew everything there is to know about me and I believed I knew who he was too. He told me all his stories of being a Marshal. He also told me he knew Hillary Clinton and that on many occasions she would request him to head certain "missions". His stories were believable. He wore all the gear, carried a gun and had a Marshal badge hanging around his neck. On his truck where his registration should normally be instead was a US Marshal sticker. The man had it covered in every direction!!! I also heard the tales of him being divorced, living with his sister, owning a house in Port Jefferson that he was renting out because he didn‘t need so much space. I heard the stories of property he own upstate in Roscoe NY, he even went as far as telling me he was buying a house in Mattituck right near me. There were times when he would tell me he had to fly here or there to pick up or deliver prisoners. He told me he was an ex marine.. Simper fi blah blah blah. The man was an absolutely amazing story teller.
In time we started dating - and we got as close as two people could get. He told me he loved me and I returned those feelings. For the first time in a very long time I was actually happy and very comfortable with the way my life was going. He would come see me every morning when he got off from work and would sit with me until I had to go to work, bringing me coffee. He would come by every night and stay a couple hours... even spent the night a few times. Everything was perfect!!!! Then, at the end of March this year he told me that he knew a country music singer, said she asked him to work security at a few of her concerts. AS it happens, one of my very best friends loved this country band and they were playing the very next weekend down at a casino in Mississippi where she lives. That weekend they were playing was also my friends birthday. So I asked Rick if he could get me and 3 others into the concert. He said no problem. So, I booked a flight and headed to Mississippi. Well, luckily - we got into the concert and got front row but we did it WITHOUT rick‘s help. As it turns out the security person who walked the singer to her room after the concert asked her if she knew rick. She said NO!! So, this lying creep ALLOWED ME to fly to Mississippi on his empty lying promise of knowing the singer and having the ability to get us into the concert!!!!!!
Well, that wasn‘t enough for me to kick his ass to the curb... My feelings were so strong I overlooked it.... Upon returning home... Rick told me that he has been receiving messages from someone online to end contact with me. Rick told me this person who was harassing him was MY EX boyfriend. I argued with him stating that my ex would NEVER EVER involve himself in my private life that he has since remarried, has a beautiful wife and does not have any contact with me or any reason to have contact with me. Not to mention my EX is a man of TRUE GREAT INTEGRITY he would never lower himself to such levels. Rick said - he checked - it is him and I am wrong. Well, at the time I had myself blocked from being visible while online. I thought maybe if I unblock myself I too might get harassed. So I did... And I was right, within minutes of making myself visible the messages started rolling in. But - they were not what I expected - they were messages telling me that RICK IS MARRIED, telling me who his wife is and where she works etc. I was SHOCKED to say the least. So I immediately started my own investigation and within 30 minutes I was on the phone with his wife..... I told her everything!!!! She was just as shocked. Later that night, rick stopped by my house as usual and I informed him that his lies have been exposed. He said he was sorry blah blah blah.... I bought everything he said hook line and sinker... I kept him around a while longer. He told me he was leaving his wife when she went on vacation in May. I believed him. (I know I am an ass!!!!!!!!!) Then the visits from him started getting shorter and shorter... and the inconsistencies in his stories grew larger.... and they led me to where I am today. Rick is out of my life. People say to me "wow, you must really hate him to be doing this web site and all this exposure".. I do not hate him - I am still very much in love with the man he portrayed himself to be and I do cry myself to sleep every night. But, I must do what is right and let other women know so he can‘t do this to anyone else.
I have been in touch with a very nice Dep Marshal in the local Marshals office right here on Long Island and so have 2 others. I have also been in touch with the Security Site Manager where Rick really works to inform them of his deeds. I will not stop until I am satisified that Rick will no longer do this to anyone else. His wife and children do not deserve his betrayal, the women he is with do not deserve his betrayal. The man needs to STOP IT NOW! ----Pam

Even his son believes the Long Island man arrested this week for carrying a fake U.S. Marshal badge is a two-timing fraud.
"Do
I think he posed as a marshal to get women? Yes," Richard Kudlik Jr.,
16, said yesterday of his father, who allegedly told women he was a
single, 34-year-old marshal when he was really a married, 43-year-old
mechanic‘s helper.
The
elder Richard Kudlik was busted Tuesday after one of his duped
girlfriends, Pam Brown, 39, set up a Web site to expose him - prompting
others to call the real marshals and turn him in, officials said.
"Do
I see him as a responsible adult in my family? Honestly, no, because of
what he did," his son said outside the family‘s Port Jefferson Station
home.
"But I will stand up for my father if it has to come down to that. It was a wrong thing. Yeah, he messed up."
Kudlik
was released on $5,000 bond and is hiding out at home after he was
barred from his maintenance job at the Plum Island animal disease lab.
"He‘s
fine. He has to go to court about this, but beside that everything else
seems to be pretty fine," the son said. "He‘s not depressed. He‘s just
kind of upset at the way that they just kind of came in."
The
son said his parents seemed to have a happy marriage until about a year
ago, when his father started spending more time away from home.
"He
just started becoming, I guess, more work-oriented," Kudlik‘s son said.
"He would kind of start to just drift away and we wouldn‘t hear from
him for a little bit, but then he‘d come home."
Kudlik had guns, a marshal‘s jacket and flashing lights installed on his Dodge pickup, authorities said.
Brown
said she fell in love with him and believed his lies that his work as a
marshal required unexplained absences and lots of travel.
