End:

Net proceeds to benefit Alternatives for Battered Women Carnival - Fair - Festival |
| The
Rochester Harmony Festival will benefit Alternatives for Battered Women
during National Domestic Violence Month. The event features four top
local bands, free food, raffle prizes, and local celebrities, all of
whom have given their time or have been donated to help the cause.
Music will range from rock, funk, and blues – with a ‘something for
everyone’ theme. The bands, Campbell Brothers, Prime Time Funk with
Todd East, The Legendary Dukes, and Blue Avengers, are popular on the
local scene. The “Harmony Quilt”, will be unveiled as a beautiful, yet
somber memorial to the victims of domestic violence and tribute to
those who have survived, yet been forever changed. The Rochester
Harmony Festival will be held at the Water Street Music Hall, 204 North
Water Street. Tickets are $12 and can be purchased at the door or
reserved at www.rochesterharmony.com. They will also be on sale at
Wegmans, House of Guitars, and Aaron‘s Alley. Children under 16 must be
accompanied by an adult. |
