My husband’s cheating and struggling with the affair‘s aftermath has led be down the path of wanting to find out what factors help people recover from infidelity. I am a Counseling Psychology Doctoral Student at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and for my dissertation research project I am studying the process of recovery from infidelity. I am passionate about this topic because of the personal affect infidelity has had on me and I want to add the empirical literature on infidelity. Would you consider filling out my dissertation survey? I am hopeful this research will shed light on the factors that promote recovery from infidelity. Thank you sincerely for your consideration. You are only eligible to participate if you are currently in a committed relationship and your romantic partner has had sexual intercourse with someone other than you during the course of your relationship. You must still be in the relationship where the infidelity took place, and the incident must have taken place at least 6 months ago. You must also be 18 years of age or older.
If you are interested, please click on the link below and you will be directed to the anonymous and confidential survey webpage (you may need to copy the link into a new browser tab):

Thank you again for your consideration.
