This is an excellent video highlighting the many dangers of sugar. It also emphasises the fact that sugar is sugar, and that so-called ‘good sugar‘ like fructose - found in fruit - is nothing of the sort.

I haven‘t seen the whole video, but the problem has nothing to do with suggar or any kind of carb per se, but only with refinate carbs. Not only suggar but white bread or white flour and all other kind of low quality carb.

the worse the food is for your body, the less it costs.
the surgeon general might advise you to eat salmone and kiwi every day, but mac and cheese is always gonna be 3/.99cents.
and as someone who has fueled her entire life eating sugar, i have to tell you, that as we age, it‘s eating too much salt that‘s gonna kill us.

that wrong, all food is almost same, problem is that you just have to much money and you can buy too much f cheap food.
if you by top quality food you wont buy that much.

also sugasr is bsic energy source, evem paper or wood is sugar derivative. bread is 90% sugar and most of other vegetarian food too.
it is stupid to think that our primary food component is some kind of poison.
I like sugar but I do not abuse it.
