Ditto - I too paid for the ebook, never received it and have written several times. The phone number listed on my Amex activity report for WomanSavers.com is disconnected.

I‘m lucky in that American Express will track them down and either credit me or get the ebook for me. The deal is I really wanted the ebook.
When I looked online to see if I could get it anywhere else; ClickBank said that the ebook was no longer available. Since this website says that the ebook will be available as a regular book soon; I‘m wondering if the publisher stopped allowing her to sell the now competing ebook.
I have written to Legal@WS.com, WS@WS.com and techsupport@WS.com. No word from anyone.
As I make progress; I‘ll keep you posted!

P.S. You don‘t have the correct email addresses. You must type out womansavers.com, not just "ws.com."

I used the shorthand of WS.com for my forum comments only, but when I sent the various emails to techsupport@womansavers.com, legal@womansavers.com and womansavers.com over the past week plus; I fully spelled out each email address. In addition I just ‘copied‘ your suggested email address and resent to techsupport@womansavers.com. From my original request it has been well over 48 hours even when counting only regular business days. I‘ll give it another 48 hours before contacting Amex, as I really would like to get the ebook.

Rate-your-website ... poorest of poor customer service.
I have yet to receive your Sex, Lies and the Internet ebook that I ordered on 7/16/2010 Transaction ID: 34526746. Nor have I received a reply to any of my emails to techsupport over the past couple of weeks. (FYI - I have diligently checked both my inbox and junk mail.)
What confuses me more, is how another site member got the same issue resolved, but I can‘t.
Thus my lawyer Bill Williams is sending me documentation to sign for him to proceed and ensure I receive the ebook I paid for. Please use case#1660695 for future correspondence after he communicates with you.
