how many warning does one member need to receive about breaking the rules before they are Banned.
Stalking another member should be agains the rules.
4. No flames, spam, name-calling, or being a general nuisance. The basic premise is to "get along" with others and offer advice to those in need. The exception for this rule is the "Agree to Disagree" forum which will not be censored by the moderator (unless a situation appears to be getting out of hand). This forum is not for the general public‘s view. No messages in the "Agree to Disagree" forum will be permanent as this area will be purged on occasion or as deemed necessary.
5. No messages which lack civility, common sense and decency. This should be obvious but unfortunately, we must point it out to some. If you really wonder why your post got deleted, there is a good chance it was because of violating this guideline.

A member will receive three warnings. Here is a quote from lmws.
"A new outside moderator has been hired and been
given the following instructions, in addition to our standard forum
rules.
1. A member will be given 1 private message
warning from the moderator if there are repeated (more than a couple)
rude or attack-based posts in the forums. The posts in questions, will
immediately be deleted. If that member, does not head the PM warning,
they will be banned no matter how many years they have been members. If
they continue to post under different IP‘s after being banned, their
posts will be deleted and they will be rebanned.
2.
Members who register for the sole purpose of arguing in the Agree to
Disagree forum will be banned.
3. Members who
register for the sole purpose of arguing in the other forums will be
banned.
4. The Agree to Disagree forum is for
civil debates and will be moderated from hereon. If a post is deemed
uncivil by the moderator, it will be deleted at their discretion.
The
new moderator has been told to watch members who are repeatedly rude to
old and new members and will ban accordingly. The basic premise is to
get along, have manners when communicating and give advice to those in
need. A good motto to follow is "if you can‘t say anything nice, don‘t
say anything at all." If you can‘t follow these terms, these forums are
not for you.
Thanks and have fun!"
I hope this answers your questions. Have a great day!

When I came here in 2006, it was a wonderful, supportive and safe place for abused women to come and find kin. I hope that it can return to that atmosphere, however, it seems to me that if someone is banned, who they are friends with should not matter.
that of course is my opinion.

That is the great thing about the new mod, he/she doesn‘t take sides in anything!
