What is in my head anyway? I thought this living
thing was great new room mate and shes been
with me a few months now. Guess what she got
mad when I asked how she was feeling. Then
she starting acting like my husband use to.
I just thought I would deal with it. Then she
comes up to me and says" I am leaving at
the end of the month" . I said you are giving
me 10 days notice when we agrees on 30 days
notice. She yelled I knew that you would act
this way and I have been looking for a place
for 2 weeks well, I said
those 2 weeks I could of been looking for
a new roomate. She use to be so sweet and
now shes yelling. She just said well I decided
that I am going to do this! Now I have 10 days
to find a new roomate or come up with the
rest of the of the mortgage.
This is when I miss my husband a lot is when
I can hear him say well- you should of gotten
last months rent as well a full deposit the first
months rent and the last.
And, you know he was right well I am learning
and just got screwed kind of I told her well
now you did this behind my back I cannot
trust you all this stuff in this condo is mine
right down to the silverware and who know
someday you may get in a mood and take
everything.So, you moved out right then and
there.
Ah but she did one last dirty deed and called
the police and I was out doing errand and
they left a card. Wonder what hello she told
them,
I just had a gut feeling about her she never
cleaned and made nasty comments.
So, now, its a signed month to month lease
and first and last and all chores will be spelled
out and so the next one knows that if they skip
out I keep the deposit and all will be okay.
And, from now on this is a business arrangement
no friendly cutesy talks and no one will ever do
this to me again.
I just cried yesterday and wished I could go
back to my husband and cry at least I knew
he would support me.
But, I know he has a good side but when he gets
mad its nasty and it can last a whole week straight
with him never coming home until late at night
so there it is.
I need to get my boundries straight and keep
them.
Honestly I miss my husband all I ever wanted
is to be married. Doing this crap alone is bs
and I just want to be part of a couple.
I have bills up the wazoo and I need to pay them
I need a part time job I just need more money
period.
I am so jealous because sepretated husband
has medical and dental insurance, he has life
insurance, and 3 weeks PAID vacation and
his mother gives him 12,000 a year as a gift
she has estate money from her parents when
they died 2 years ago.
So here I sit struggling, and there hits sits
smelling like roses and at times like these
when its tuff I am upset oh yeah and he got
a NEW JEEP RUBICON -- all of our cars
where used. We seperate and he does this
unreal!

You should draw up a contract that future roommates have to sign if they want to move in. Study the housing laws in your city/state. A formal signed contract will give you peace of mind, and let any future roommate know where they stand.

Yeah she told me she signed a lease with this
new place. Funny how she said there was no
need for a lease with me and that she was in
a nine month program at school and she had
not intention of leaving.
I wonder why she left ? Funny thing is I think
it was because she had a boyfriend she was
living with 2 hours away and she was with me
during the week and with him on weekends.
I know him maybe she moved in with another
guy who knows but I agree its better to get
a contract signed no matter what spelling out
all details.
