Hi Shell,
Tomatoes are my favorite, but also peppers of any kind and all lettuces.
BTW, only fertilize your tomatoes when they bloom, otherwise all the fertilizer goes to the plant not the tomatoes.

Your regular seasonal flowers. I would love to have a veggie garden, but I have no room. Can you grow a peach tree in a pot?

Talutah, thanks for the tip...I only got three tomatoes this year :(
I also grow hazelnuts, blackberries, rasberries, apples and gooseberries...would love peppers but don‘t have a greenhouse!
My passion is hydrangea bushes...I‘m quite obsessed with them!

Hi,
You are very welcome! I like heirloom, better boy and grape tomatoes. All can be grown in pots, including peppers.
Just make sure they have plenty of room for the roots and at least 8 hours of sunlight.More if possible.
Blackberries are at the very top of my list. I can eat blackberries when I can‘t eat any thing else.

We gave growing tomatoes a shot last summer. The cherry tomatoes really took off and we had so many that we had fresh, tasty cherry tomatoes in our salad every night with dinner. The normal sized tomatoes were quite tasteless though.. disappointing.
We‘ve tried growing chocolate (brown) capsicums... didn‘t really work out. Corn, strawberries, beans, peas, spinach, silverbeet and courgettes aswell.
A vege garden is alot of work! But worth it if looked after properly :)

I have all sorts of indoors plants. Best way to purify the air.
Outdoors I love flowering trees and shrubs, I‘ve got over twenty trees in my yards. I love roses, lantanas, sweet potato vines, morning glories and I just adore moon flowers, I have never smelled anything like them. I grow them right outside my front door. I love hostas. I have one my aunt gave me and it‘s over 20 years old. I love crepe myrtles. I like shaping them into small trees. Honeysuckles because of the butterflies and hummingbirds they attract. My maple trees are the brightest red you have ever seen! Autumn, it‘s my favorite time of year.
Hi my lil shell - cyber hugged is what you‘ve been!
And a little smoochie for you too! :)
