Well, I did it. I rented a place and we went to
a couonsler. He was really convincing and he
wanted to move in and I just let him. The lease
does not start for a month but, he is back to
himself. Mean and nasty and he did not sign
the lease but added his name.
So- I paid for everything and do not know what
to do. I can‘t stand him and he keeps calling.
I realize that he is nutso. I see he is a mental case
and I never want to talk to him again. He is full of
Drama. I never want to be with anyone again like
that.
What a fool I was.

If he did not sign the lease and it is in your name he can not legaly add his name to it. You would have to add his name. Now that being stated I‘d say its time for an eviction.

if the lease is not in effect. move out and leave the place to him.
don‘t tell him where you are going.
or change the locks. alert the landlord to the fact that he is not allowed to live there and if they don‘t back you up then leave.
