YIPPEE!!- I just got my computer priveledges back- after 6 months in jail & being sentenced to 5 years probation- for revealing via my personal  website www.thepoliticsofjimday.com (which is currently down) that-- Jim Day- the political cartoonist for the -"Las Vegas Review Journal" www.lvrj.com/opinion - is a married man who intentionally deceived me for sex--- over the course of 7 years-- with the permission of his wife! 

This couple doesn‘t care who they hurt- They have ve$ted intrest... (another Bill and Hillary Clinton)

My website (diary/blog) was created solely to demand a public apology from Mr. & Mrs. Jim Day after being evicted from my apt in Las Vegas, Nevada due to "Domestic Violence"- when Mrs. Day showed up drunk and shouting obscenities- The police came- &  the next morning- I was served with an eviction notice- 3 day‘s later- I loaded up the "U-Haul" & ....

I moved to Simi Valley, California- 2 weeks later- I  set up my website- after my website was in existence for 6 months- I was arrested and charged with Extortion-(demanding an apology), Stalking-(lots of people logged on to my site) & Witness Intimidation-(I said- "if you don‘t tell the truth- I will")...The D.A. & The Courts can paint the picture anyway they want... & usually do....

It‘s obvious to everyone who knows me and this situation- that - had Mr. day, delivered the paper instead of being "featured" in it- and/or just apologized publicly- this nightmare never would have ensued...

On the bright side- I‘m certain No married man will EVER try to bed me again- much less with his wife‘s permission...

For the record- I was NEVER a danger to anyone...(I was 300 miles away from the so-called victims)- I NEVER threatened anyone- & unlike this site- which has the ability to embarrass MANY men- I only embarrassed ONE man- A man who has "Friends" in high places... 

The so-called victim made one phone call- & was told- he needed to claim "he was in fear for his life" in order for this to fly in a courtroom... Soooo- he did- & I was arrested dropping my son off @ school....

I was told by my public defender- that due to the fact "no one has EVER been prosecuted for this- that it would take Two years before we would go to trial... But- hey- if you plead "Guilty" now... the judge will let you out."  Well- At that point- I had already been in jail for 6 months- Soooooooo-

I pled "Guilty" in order to regain my freedom and be reunited with my children.  Instantly I‘m no longer a "Danger"-The news called me a "Cyberstalker" - The newspapers said I was the 1st person ever to be arrested... To date- I am still the only person!... & I suspect I will always be the ONLY person.    

The police said it wasn‘t illegal for the married man to lie to me for 7 years in order to obtain sex... but it was illegal for me to tell the truth and embarrass the Days!- ( When did it become illegal to tell the truth???) 

The Simi Valley Police went to my house (17 officers) and seized EVERY picture of my life-... during the seizure- they dumped the ashes of my dad all over the ground and confiscated my grandmothers ashes!  They took my computer- my roomates computer and completely destroyed the house- afterwards they  went to my place of employment- & confiscated all of their computers! 

My arrest was a complete sham- as a defendent- I was never allowed to speak- (except to say "Guilty")Fortunately- after my release from Jail- I obtained a great lawyer- He sued Ventura County for the return of my seized property under the 1st Amendment- and it was saved from destruction...

To the dismay of  Mr.  Day- it was then put in a safe deposit box- to prevent any future mishaps inspired by him... or his "friends".

The love letters that were given to me- along with the sexually explicit pictures of our 7 years together- (HE photographed us- yet- I‘m the one who went to jail!!) including- the erotic cartoons drawn of me & for me- compliments of- Mr. Day- are indeed my personal property- soooo- hahaahahahahahhahaha!

If- I choose to sell any of them on E-Bay- I can...  OR- for that matter- I can publish a book.  Regardless-of how I choose to distribute- it‘s NOT Illegal for me to sell OR display any of MY personal property :)

The California taxpayer‘s-(myself included) ended up paying severely- to cover up the indiscretions of a married man who works for the press in Nevada! 

 My court mandated "Anger Management" counselor stated- She had never had anyone who was forced to go to "Anger Management" simply for embarrassing someone...

My Probation Officer stated- "He had "Child Molesters" who received a lesser sentence than I did!  

YES- I learned my lesson-NEVER plead Guilty- particulary when your arrest is a total scam-

But more importantly- I will NEVER demand an apology from a lying bastard who can buy justice ever again!!!!!

3. A person who commits the crime of stalking with the use of an Internet or network site or electronic mail or any other similar means of communication to publish, display or distribute information in a manner that substantially increases the risk of harm or violence to the victim shall be punished for a category C felony as provided in NRS 193.130.

The law is pretty explicit in this case as I‘m sure your lawyer told you.  I suspect the problem in your case was the fact you published information such as directions to his house, his license plate, pictures of his house and so forth.  It‘s clear your lawyer advised you to plead guilty because had it gone to a jury trial you could have easily been looking at prison of a year or more rather than county jail time.

I‘m not defending what he did at all, but if I were in your shoes I‘d consult with your lawyer before you open up the site again, or sell the contents to someone over e-bay.  You‘re only asking for more trouble and the possibility of being charged again.  The second time around the court and prosecutors won‘t be as easy to deal with and you could be looking at maximum prison time of 5 years.

Move on and put it behind you.  Don‘t ask for more trouble.

A new website?  E-Bay?  FORGET his name!  Step away from your keyboard!!!!

I‘m actually glad I read this.  Seems unfair that he did what he did to you - but unfortunately there is no crime for lying to and cheating on a woman unless he bilked her out of money.  I doubt a lawsuit for emotional distress could ever be won for a man (or woman) being an ass to someone - although I most certainly suffered this as I‘m sure many have.  I moved my whole life to a new state to live with him and was left high and dry after 2 months (we‘d dated on and off for 3 years and met through a mutual friend).

I was going to post a rating on this ex but after reading this - what‘s the point?  I have to put my faith in karma.  I let his estranged wife know what he was up to, which ended the relationship he started with another unsuspecting victim after he dumped me.  My work is done. 

hey ruby...i understand you are hurt and want revenge for the crap you went through, but i have to agree with the other posts....cut your losses and move on. forget about ebay, forget about personal letters or pictures...just forget it all! burn all the shit you have pertaining to this guy...dont underestimate him to bring charges again.

this could turn violent...and nobody wants that. just simma‘ down and try and start rebuilding your life. dont let this guy kill you inside with the hatred he makes you feel. hatred will make you sick, physically and mentally. get some help, if you need to, and take care of your kids.

Keep in Mind- That- Mr. Jim Day works for the Media...

That being said- No- I did not know he was married-

When we met- he had a girlfriend... I was his hairstylist.

(so I didn‘t think to ask if he was married)

I knew he had children- and visitatation rights.

When his girlfriend dumped him for

 "A man who works for Rolling Stone magazine"....

I felt bad for him cause he was such a nice guy... soooo- we went to lunch... then we went to dinner... & then the next morning we had breakfast.... and the next thing I knew- we were fucking 2-3 times a day for the next 7 years!

or as I like to say- He may have fucked me over- But at least he fucked me good while he was doing it.

I broke up with him upon the discovery of the deceit... Yet the press (his coworkers) stated that he ended our affair!

Go Figure- He is a man who gets paid to embarrass people- yet when he is the one who got embarrassed- he called in some "favors" to cover up his stupidity...

Sooner or later the Truth always prevails- regardless of  the underhanded attempts of those who are dishonest. :)

Basically- He didn‘t like the fact that I revealed- that he and his wife are married to collect an inheritance....

His adoptive father passed while I was in jail- & I was praying that his adoptive mother would live to be the oldest living person EVER.... but unfortunately she passed on October 26, 2006- 3 weeks shy of her 100th B-day...

Hopefully now Mr. & Mrs Day- are very happy- and hopefully they will no longer have a need to hurt other people...

Had I known 12 years ago - what I know now- about Mr. Day... well- needless to say- I never would‘ve kissed him.

Nor- would I have given him the pleasure of my strap-on.

But hey- lessons learned- & it‘s all in the past-

Life is good- VERY good these days. :)
