Annual Candlelight Vigil and Public Reconition Award Ceremony |

ADVOCATES: Victim Assistance Team Candlelight Vigil |
| This
October ADVOCATES is combining two special events in honor of domestic
violence awareness month: the Annual Candlelight Vigil and our Public
Recognition Awards Ceremony. The candlelight vigil remembers victims
who have died as a result of domestic violence and honors the strength
of victims who have survived the violence. ADVOCATES public recognition
award ceremony honors community members who are role models in the
fight to end domestic violence. Please help us in celebrating the
contributions of the our
Citizens, Grand County Employee, and Officer of the Year.
The Candlelight Vigil and Awards Ceremony will take place at the Church
of the Eternal Hills on Thursday October 26th at 5:30pm. Desert and
warm beverages will be provided. Domestic Violence is a community
issue.
