i just logged in and read the no contact board and it really touched my heart. i am in such trouble that i need smarter women to help me. please let me know itf i have a friend out there. i know you all don‘t know me but this is a start.

Hi...you don‘t need a smarter woman to help you...you have to help yourself.....you just may need someone to guide you...let you know your not alone...I‘m new to this site (couple of weeks) I was a total wreck and didn‘t have anyone to talk to....same old, same old--man hurt me---boo who......every question I have asked has been answered....everyone at the site seems to want to help......go through the posts and read them....ask specific questions....don‘t be afraid.....you are already able to admit you have a problem and that you need someone to help you sort it out......find the answers.....share your experiences.....keep safe........Bree
