His sister and ex were conned into believing he was innocent. The short version, an attorney had the charges dropped on a technicality before going to court. However, according to his own attorney and the investigator, the case was remanded to the FBI, and the investigator said, once the technicality issue is addressed, they can and will hold him accountable. But, justice moves slowly.
Be warned, he is a liar and a con artist. He will attempt to gain sympathy to use you for money. But that doesn‘t mean it will change the end result.
