I have four judgents against my ex-husband 3 are civil  yofor the things that he stole computer, clothes, shoes, wedding ring and jewelry, breaking my glasses and other things, I also have a judgment for the injuries from the assault he was convicted on.  I have sent the wage garnishments to his job everytime I do he has changed jobs.  He is currently preaching at Spirit and Truth Church  in Sacramento, CA as you know they pay in cash and they are supporting him.  They say he is reborn!!! If he is so reborn shouldn‘t he obey the court orders before they put up front and preach.

He likes to sell cars his last job was at a mortgage company.  Yes he is a piece of work.  I know his girlfriend Sarah she is Russian she works at Sacramento works in Sacramento so I am sure she has gotten him a job somewhere.  If you know where Kevin R. Gibbs works at please let me know.  His wife‘s name is Tanya Isaac she is  a convict as well and was arrested for drugs.  It is public record as well. 

It is a extremely long story he violated his restraining order and the police did not arrest him even though he knew it was a violation, (his girlfriend worked at an attorney‘s office and he was a minister at a church in sacramento) it happened on 2 separate occasions he was already on probation for a conviction of domestic violence against me they didn‘t even inform his probation officer his prison time came from me I am the one who informed them and sent them copies of all of the police reports, he stole my personal property, he stole my cell phone, 2 assaults all in a three month period. sacramento county did nothing until they finally saw they he was going to kill me they charged him with 16 felonies they finally saw I was telling the truth. I have the tape recordings from his girlfriend, and all of my police reports and letter that I have written,  they let him plea bargain without even discussing with me, they refuesed to return my property that was taken at the time of his arrest, they destroyed it, even though I had requested many times, the DA did not even ask for restitution even though I lost time from work for injuries court hearing and interviews with the sheriff‘s department, even any of the personal property that he stole, they made me pay for a copy of the court record even though as a victim I am entitled to have a copy I requested it from them, I requested copies of the pictures of my injuries they refused they denied my claim for victim services they felt my safety wasn‘t at risk I had to go to another county to get assistance from victim services, I was told I have a college degree and a decent job I wasn‘t a victim, I felt they discriminated against me because I was white and my ex-husband was black they were so concerned about his rights they violated mine as a female and as a victim.  If you need any other information let me know.  I have 2 boxes of information.  I applied for the county to reimburse me for my property stolen and the costs but I was denied they said I didn‘t ask for my property returned I have copies of the emails that I sent and the letters that were sent to the DA‘s office and sheriff‘s department I even sent a letter directly to the Sheriff no response Forgot to mention that I have civil judgments against him totaling over $13000 but he tells the court he works one place but when the wage garnishment is sent they he doesn‘t work there, I have contacted his probation officer he won‘t provide me with anyinformation the same with his probation officer and he does have a criminal court order that he is to pay me of $500 haven‘t seen a thing he is spending money like there is no tomorrow so I asked them why they are not enforcing the court order it is a condition of his probation how do I get them to enforce it.  One more question, I have several savings bonds that I found in a box of things that was in our office they do not have his signature on them how can I can those cashed to apply to the money that he owes. 

sgibbs, here is the advice from my boss.  You may not like it, but it‘s true.  He has been practicing for 33 year and I have worked for him for 15 years.  Very smart man, very wise person.  Always willing to help my friends out with advice.  Take his advice to heart.

He has money  we were married over 22 years and he has property - the money is needed as I have permanent injuries that make it unable for me to do the job that I normally do.  I have applied for social security but you know how long that takes.  They said I will have to get training in another career field but until all of the injuries are fixed as much as they can.  It has been almost 1 year since I applied they keep telling me to collect the money from him I keep pushing the SS but they said the average time is approximately 1-2 years be patient. 

He has bee arrested 3 times for domestice violence and two of them were felonies and has been to anger management twice.

Oh, small claims.  I was thinking more along the lines of Superior Court. I‘ll find out for you tomorrow when I get to work.  Not a problem.  I have my sources.
