Dr. Brown I have a important question for you. I need you to help/explain? I have read your book "Dangerous Men" and its like a bible to me. I reference it whenever I need to. I am now reading Dr. Leonard Sax‘s "Boys Adrift". Finally some one has put into print what I have been thinking for years. The men he decribes in his book are what you describe in your book as "parental seekers". These boys/men are low acheivers, lazy etc. and are just looking for a woman to take care of them and run their lives. In the e-mail section of his book (pg.135 or so) countless women are describing these men from desperate wives to girlfriends to mothers. Dr. Sax says this is a epidemic! I am with one of these men too and he mentally, emotionally,phically, and verbally breaks me down everyday. The statistics are staggaring!!! I like most women in his book have tried everything to get him to take charge of himself and grow up but nothing works. The harder you push them the worse it gets. Dr. Brown what do you suggest for women dealing w/ this epidemic? Please Advise.
