Have you ever noticed that if your day starts out wrong, it‘s really tough to recover? When we go to bed, it‘s like an opportunity to recharge, so each morning, we get the chance to start fresh. Keep that fresh fabulous feeling by incorporating these 5 easy tips into your daily regime:
1. Before you close your eyes at night, commit to one thing you will do that you have been meaning to do and do it before 9am or atleast something that gets you closer to it!
2. Smile before you even open your eyes. Just think of a time when you felt totally free and happy and take yourself there mentally.
3. Make your bed first thing! Messy Bed=Messy Day!
4. A clean car is a Happy Car. Since your car is your literal transition vehicle make sure you are always arriving fresh. Should feel just like getting out of the shower!
5. Find something to celebrate at least 3 times a day! And remember celebrations are to be shared, so include anyone in yours. Everyone loves a celebration!
Energy is magnetic. Be the most positive person you know and see what you attract!

Ms I‘ve got claws!!
Reading these I couldn‘t help but to think a few that keep me moving in the right direction/state of mind everyday...
-Doing something for myself that is completely unneccesary (buying myself flowers, taking an extra few minutes to look my best that day, taking time to read, working out etc.) I pick something everyday, and make the time.
-Smiling at strangers (this will always make you feel strong, great and happy)
-Eating a healthy breakfast
-straightening up before leaving for the day (that way when you come home you‘re happy to be there)
