I had a sexual relationship with a guy whom I thought was monogomous with me. After the first month we got physically involved I started getting a foul smell in my genital area. I got suspecious so I got myself tested for comprehensive STD and HIV and it came back negative. I later found out he was a lying womanizer who would hire prostitutes, go to swingers clubs, or just have sex with random women without using condoms. I have broken up with him and have not had sex with him since this past July but, I am still smelling the same foul odor. I have gone to the doctor and gone through 3 different antibiotic treatment to what she said was just yeast infection.
My question is, should I get myself tested again? Is there some kind of incubation time before STD‘s and HIV can actually be detected? I am really concerned...Thank you for any feedback.
