I am writing for help with my friends son. He is 6. He is the youngest of 3 and his parents are divorced. He constantly lies, vies for attention, pretends to be helpless (he suddenly doesn‘t know how to put his shoes on). He poops his pants and then lies about it to cover it up. I am concerned that moms crack head boyfriend could be molesting the little boy. He does things he‘s not supposed to right in front of adults and then lies about it, even though his dad saw him do it. He is in my daughters class at school, they were friends last year, but now she says he is always mean to her.

The poor child. What you have mentioned certainly indicates SOMETHING is wrong.
I suggest you speak to the teacher, but don‘t expect her to tell you everything she has seen. Chances are the teacher has observed & suspects something. It‘s our job to get to know our kids & to look out for their well-being while they are in our care.
She probably has seen odd behaviors in this little boy, so if YOU say something, it might get some wheels in motion. You should say that you are concerned for this child, and ask her if she‘ll refer him to the school (or district) psychologist, at the very least.
In my state, teachers are mandated reporters, which means if we see or even HEAR any evidence of child abuse, sexual abuse, etc., we HAVE TO report it. We have to fill out a form & turn it in. I haven‘t had to do that, yet.
Good luck with this. Hopefully you will be able to help others help a little boy who really needs it. Don‘t be afraid that he may get taken away from his mom, it sounds like it might be best for him.
