I need some advice here...
I just got back from the Bahamas with my husband. We went with another couple that are good friends of my husbands (more his than they are of me actually). The wife was seriously flirting with hubby and it was extremely uncomfortable for myself and her husband. What bothered me the most is my husbands reaction to it. He encouraged it and fed off it big time. I have a rule, that the woman involved is not my problem, it‘s the person I‘m married to. Only he and I have a contract to treat each other with respect. I felt very disrespected by the whole thing. I told him this and he said I was over reacting. It was apparently innocent flirting, but I seem not to have gotten the memo. I‘m furious about him dismissing my feelings like that.
What do I do about this? I feel like there‘s an underlying thing going on here... I just can‘t put my finger on it.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
