Hi. My clitoris absessed to a golf ball size 9 years ago. It was drained in the ER and was fine for 8 years. A year ago, 8 weeks after I delivered my son (after 4 months of bedrest w/pre-eclampsa) it came back. The ER OB/GYN wouldn‘t even drain it because she said too many areas were involved. I was in so much pain that I popped it where the needle had gone in 8 years ago. The draining got rid of the absess, but the little marble that had been there 8 years stayed. An OBGYN/oncologist took the marble out, my pain remained. I am in so much pain now I‘d rather be dead most days I cry all day long and I just want help> I have been to the OBGYN @ Mayo Clinic, they referred me out to a pelvic pain dr. I am waiting 2 more motnsh to see but I need help now. I am in PAIN> it feels lke tissue pain to me becuz it‘s on teh left side of the clitoris where they cut, but my pain dr. thinks it‘s nerve pain. How do I tell? Is there any hope for treatment for me? I can‘t live like this forever and the waiting for specialists in severe pain is horrible. My son watches me cry all day long and I just ned to know there is hope. THank you.

i just could not for the life of me think of one bit of advice to offer you...other then ice packs and advil.
are you any better? have the doctors figured it out yet?
