 I am 32 yrs old and I have lost nearly 100 pounds.  I have kept it off for nearly 5 years.  I have some stretch marks and my breasts are a little saggy (luckily I don‘t really have any other sagging skin).  I have been working out and I have noticed an improvement.  Will I see a significant lift in my breasts if I continue to do push ups and use weights?  Is there any way to reduce the visibility of the stretch marks.

Congrats for losing the weight and keeping off. 

For the stretch marks, you have probably heard of lotions, and creams which promise incredible results. Unfortunately, none of these have proven to be quite effective in preventing or reducing the appearance of stretch marks.  There are certain laser treatments out there which can make stretch marks less visible.  And there is also abdominoplasty, or a tummy tuck procedure which can remove the belly skin on which stretch marks appear.  If you are interested you can consult a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon.

For the breasts, you can try doing push ups and bench press, but it won‘t make a significant difference.  Again, surgery might be a better option for best results.  If you are interested you may consult a plastic surgeon to inquire about mastopexy or a breast lift procedure, to find out if you are a good candidate.
