 1.  I have blocked nossal holes - and it  generates mucassal  - and yet i have no flue. what am i suffering from?
There are many reasons for a blocked nose.  I don‘t know enough about you to say exactly what you have or even narrow it down.

2.  I get small swelling  under in my private parts once in a while, and usually its one. do i have STDS?
Again I don‘t have enough information about you to answer your question completely.  It could be an STD or something else like folliculitis (an inflammed hair follicle) if it looks like a pimple on the skin or a lymph node if it feels like a lump under the skin.

If you are concerned about these problems, I suggest you make an appointment with your doctor.
