I have been on a product called metforman and it is to help
regulat my cycle but I have not had period this month. I taken four at
home pregnancy tests and they all have come back negative. This is now
concerning me as the month draws to a close and I still have not had a
period. My doctor is not able to see me until June and I need to know
if this is normal or not. Please Help lil-Irish

sorry but I don‘t have enough information to answer your question
completely, for example your age, why you are on metformin, what other
medications you are on, if you have any other issues like PCOS, any
history of hormonal problems or other conditions, if you have had
normal periods in the past, any prior pregnancies, etc.
In general a disappearance of periods (secondary amenorrhea) should
be of concern if you had normal periods in the past and missed 3
months, or if you had irregular cycles in the past and missed 5-6
months. If you are in your late teens and have never had a period
(primary amenorrhea) you should also see a doctor for an evaluation.
I would suggest you bring this up with your doctor if you miss the
next period. Most ob/gyns will get back to you -either call you back directly or have
a nurse return your phone call if you have a concern before your appointment.

met does not work right away, and for some it never does as far as starting ur cycle
