I sit here in shock and cannot think of anything else to do but find message boards where I can tell other woman my story. At least right now. I have a good life, nice home 2 wonderful children in elementary school. Since you know what this forum is about I won‘t drag this out. I work part time at a store for extra money. My husband has a good paying job and provides all the household needs but I like to work since the kids are out at school and I have my own shopping money. There is this woman at the store, a tattooed younger woman. She smokes and even though I don‘t when I see her on break before I come in or when I‘m leaving I usually stand out there with her because she tells funny stories and her life is so much different than mine. She also works part time at a bar, is single. I was talking to her the other day and she was telling me about her co-workers at the bar. One of the waitresses quit to be an escort or call girl, whatever your term is for it. She was telling her about how much everything is online. She said that finding clients on free classifieds websites is easy, she even posts nude photos of herself. I thought this should be illegal? She also told me about a few sites that rates the girls and the customers. On a different day I asked her how her "escort" friend was doing and she gave me a sad face. Very unusual for her. She said that she was at her friends apartment and she was on the website www.upscalealerts.com. It‘s a website that tracks "Entertainers" (escorts) and "Hobbyist" (men who call escorts). In the Hobbyist section you can check men‘s phone numbers and see if an escort has listed them there. It‘s become a place where escorts record callers and experiences. I cannot believe I‘m even talking about this or that it has anything to do with MY LIFE!! I‘m so mad. My young co-worker then told me that she searched for her boyfriends phone number and it came up. And all the gory details about a girls experience with him was there. She then began to cry, again I‘ve never seen her even be serious about anything and now she‘s crying. Then she said four words that now have changed my life "You should check it". Of course I didn‘t check it. I shrugged it off, my husband doesn‘t seem the type he‘s very interested in his work and is good with the kids and our sex life is fine. But I couldn‘t get the thought out of my head. So yesterday, I signed up and paid 19.99 to search the database. I thought to myself that this will clear those thoughts from my head. BUT....NOT ONLY WAS MY HUSBAND‘s PHONE NUMBER ON THE LIST BUT HE CAME UP IN NEW YORK, DALLAS, MIAMI and DENVER. All the places he travels for work. We live in Atlanta. Needless to say I caught him red handed. He didn‘t even try to lie, he grabbed some suits and shoes and left. Now what do I do? Part of me wishes I never got that job, I didn‘t need the money. Now my life is ruined. Should I just forget it? Can I forgive him?

I‘m in a similar boat, my feelings prevent me from leaving... except you have kids... the fact that he left immediately though is disturbing, as a man, that means he doesn‘t care a bit. This isn‘t about forgiveness this is about your children‘s future... chuck his ass hes a douchebag with apparent ties to every city he travels to... he planned those meetings and didn‘t give a damn about you or his family... hes got to go. If you think this behavior was a fluke you‘re delusional. Hes a dick that doesn‘t understand he should only use it on one woman when he‘s in a family with children, dump him. Wait til THEY get old and figure out that you‘re okay with that behavior... and you change their life too.
