I think he is cheating on me.

we have been together for a long time and I think he has cheated on me several times.

Being a man myself, and having a wife whom I love but who has a lot of friends who have been cheated on, I have given the issue a bit of thought and think I may be able to offer some insight to help.

First, and this is obvious of course but it seems like many people screw this up:

Don‘t let him know you‘re even the least bit suspicious.

Then basically you want to make sure that you document everything that happens with him and don‘t rely on your memory.  Keep track of such things as:

-Names he brings up

-Friends he went out with

-When and where he said he went out

-Why he said he was late

-Who he was with when he said he was late

etc.  Make a mental note of this information and write it down as soon as you get the chance.
