ok guys, locks are changed.................am i doin good>>>my friend came and did it monday morning....she even called the OW for me and took the rest of his **** to her!! hubby didnt even know....i didnt want her to though...but anyways......then tuesday, he called me being all nice and wanted to see me for half an hr.............SHE drove him over, which i thought was fishy.............i told him not to bring her near the house...he got dropped off somewhere and walked to the house....he asked me to take the kids to his mothers house while he was there...anyways you know what he wanted???he took the truck keys and took my other truck!! he even gave me the number to the cop SHE called in case he had a problem gettin it from me....anyways i gave up the keys and he took it but i called the cops and they told me if i go get it he cant do anything to me..........its a civil case and he would have to take me to court.....i called legal aid this morning and she told me that we are still married and he cant have both trucks!! she told me i could go get one!!! what should I do?? he will be pissed if he comes back and one is gone but look what he is doing to me leaving us here with no vehicle!

Have you talked to a lawyer yet???????????????????
Please do it straight away if you haven‘t! You really need to get something in place to protect your finances, home and vehicle. I would see about abandonment on his part. Have you socked any money away?

So what rare he gets mad! Let him, does he worry about you and his children?? Hell No this is his way of controlling you, Dont let him!!
Go get the truck, what happens if you need to take the kids to the docter or if you need milk from the store??
What a piece of crap he is!!

he is still trying to control you and don‘t let him,see if the police can go with you to get one of the trucks back,and I wish you would have called the police when he came to get the trucks.
and make sure to get to the courts for custody of your children before he does and nail him for childsupport to the wall.
stay strong the ladies in here are here for you.
and who cares if he gets mad ,he is still thinking about himself and make sure you write every thing down that he says and does to you and keep and voice messages he leaves for you or the whore leaves ,and any e-mail he sends you to.
karma will get them both some day.

well i called the police, they said they wouldnt get involved and HE CANT CALL THEM if i get one, they wont do anything to me...........he he......revenge will be sweeet.....i havent done it yet...im waiting....thinking he won....he is still texting me day and night...saying cause of the lock change he took it away to punish me...****er

safe those text messages he sending you.and I would get a friend come stay with the children very early one morning when they should be sleeping and go get the truck.
and hid the truck and come monday morning first thing take the truck to the court house and filr for your children before he does ,so he cant just come in and take the children from you and you would have to wait for a court date to try and get them back.
here who ever files first has the children until the other one can prove that they are the better parent.that is why I have tried to get you to do this for so long.and while you are there go for child support.
hoping for the best for you and your children and that karma get the other two big time and fast.
