Hi, I was woundering if anyone knew how I can get cell phone text messaging records from my phones.  I have the family plan and my ass of a man erased all of his messages he was getting from a female co-worker and they are both my phones and in my name phone company says they do not have the records but i paid for the calls yuck. Any help it is eating me alive.

Once they are deleted, they are gone-however-you can see what number it was from on your paper bill.

Have her number blocked from the phones. Take his away. Done deal.

Are you planning on staying with him? Do they have a "thing" going on? I‘m not sure taking a phone away could rectify the situation.

Hi, I‘m sorry to hear that :(  I just busted my man...he told me he was texting an old vender that he used to work with back home. WELL LET ME TELL YOU I found out it was not a guy it was of course a girl and that they were "just friends" come to find out he has been texting her and her him like all the freaking time...yeah I would love to see the texts, sure I can see the cell bill and see the date/times and who sent but no answers there. So I texted her and acted like him and she must have been some stupid chick. As far as I could tell nothing happened, but I wondered if I did not catch them would something of? My man tells me he is sorry and that he will never do it again (common male BS) but I would like to see how he would react if I did this to him..telling me I‘m making it seem bigger than it really was.  I HOPE someone could invent a text reciever log, they would make millions.  Sorry to go on and on but I‘m sure you know how it is when you are pissed and haven‘t got all the answers or the truth!

If you call the phone company and tell them that you have  filed a missing persons report and your husband has been missing for X,Y,Z days and you need to get the last few text messgaes and dialed phone numbers, that should do the trick. Youll get a rep that may be sympathetic enough to do it for you. But then again, that was a tv show so I dont know. But dont turn his phone off! Thats the worst thing to do. As long as you have your name on the bill you will always have access to his phone and records. After that, he is has more privacy protecting his phone activity. Good Luck

You can resend them to yourself through the forwarding option on your phone. Just keep forwading the messages to yourself ~ from his phone or your own. Also if you have a speaker phone, or one at work ~ play the message on the highest volume possible and record it onto a cassette recorder. Keep the cassette safe and you have the messages forever!! lol

Okay its hard as hell to get that info anymore...if you were really bad about it I think a lawyer or PI could help.  Otherwise if this ever happens again...  here‘s what you do.

You forward the text to your email..no your don‘t have to have internet service on your phone.  It should act as a regular text.  You may have to toy with the mode settings on your phones to adjust the "send to" function to equip an email address, but you put in your email address then you recieve the forwarded texts and can print them out..great for custody,divorce and cheaters alike. 

what if the account is blocked from the internet and it is in his name is their still anyway to get the records of the text or anything like that???

Girl I know just what you mean, and I took care of that. A friend of mine told me about a website that you can download cell phone spy software....and the **** works too! I caught my husband and the look on his face was worth 1,000 times what I paid for the software!!!!  I saw EVERY SMS Text message the A-hole sent, and recieved, BEFORE he could erase them. They were all forwarded to my phone the same second that he sent one or recieved one!! And he never knew anything! the application works in total invisable mode on his phone. The dumb a**. Everything he said, everything he did, hell I know about most of the messages from his girls before he even read them! I went there knocked on the door,she opened it, and her jaw dropped! he asked if I had a P.I. following them.
